FormMail

Another form mailer. This is not intended for those who must use SMTP as it uses sendmail.

It is a modestly customizable form mailer mod that will server the needs of most users without all the excessive options of some more complex forms processor.
Standard fields included:
– Name (required by default)
– Address
– Email (required by default, validated)
– Phone
– Subject
– Message (required by default)
– Math captcha (always required)
